It was amazing to see the difference we had made in the photos sent to us by the Ukrainian Red Cross. We could see the relief and gratitude on the faces of the women and children who now had access to basic humanitarian supplies and hygienic products. We made a difference in the lives of civilians who were impacted by the flooding and who lost their homes and all of their personal belongings.
